I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Just contact me within: 5 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 14 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Gift wrapping and packaging
Yes, I will include wrapping and a hand written card at no charge.
Yes, I am willing to work with you if you would like to pay with a payment plan. However I can not refund money paid if you choose not to continue with the purchase. Must be paid in full within 30 days of purchase.
Custom and personalized orders
If you would like a custom order simply contact me...I will work with you! Using your fabric or materials is not a problem...you simply pay for shipping both ways....I can not give refunds for custom orders.
